Shipping Policy
Processing Time:
All orders are pre-order and processed within 2-3 weeks.
We do sizes adjustments, our sample size is medium. If you need custom size, please email limolimo1013@gmail.com.
For customers who located in Los Angeles, we welcome to make an appointment for in person try on.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
Shipping charges for your order will be displayed at checkout.
For all domestic shipping, we use USPS unless specific shipping method required.
Estimated delivery time depends on your location and selected shipping method, we ship from Los Angeles.
Domestic Shipping:
Standard: 2–7 business days
Order Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Exchange Policy
We want you to love your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we’re here to help.
We don’t accept return, exchange or store credit only.
Exchange:
You may exchange most new, unused items within 5 days of delivered date.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Items must be in the original packaging and hangtags.
Exchange Process:
To initiate an exchange, please contact us at limolimo1013@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide exchange instructions, including the shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll notify you for the next step for exchange or store credit.
Exchange Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
